Sheraton Carlton Nuernberg

Location perfect. Loved the pools

The rooms were very clean and big enough. It was close to both train station and city center. The wellness area was good.

Great breakfast with an egg chef, very tasty. Hotel room are comfortable and a nice size. Bed were comfy. The bar staff, house keeping and reception, really provide a 5 star service. Made my nights stay really worth it. They have a pool and heated pool which was great for morning swim sessions while looking at the view of the city. Would recommend this hotel.

The superior twin room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool area on the 9th floor is rather small but has a nice view. Room service was fairly quick but rather expensive. 6€ for a small bottle of juice. In all fairness though, room service is generally expensive. The lunch and dinner menu is small but the food is good.

The train we came with was almost 6 hour late, so it was a very pleasant surprise for me to see the hotel from the train right before we arrived at central station in Nürnberg. So, at 21.00 hour we had to work to the hotel just for a few minutes. The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was as I expected and the breakfast was very nice even so it was not included in the room rate but for 19 € per person definitely worth to go for it.
